Dive deep into the physical aspects of yoga( Ashtanga and vinyasa) practice, including asana, mantra, pranayama, meditation ,adjusments, aligment ,body reading amidst the natural beauty of Koh Phangan.

The TTC Continues with online platform, focusing on the history, philosophy, and anatomy of yoga, led by expert instructors.

A Day in TTC
8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Guided meditation session
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Yoga practice (asana, pranayama, meditation)
10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Morning break
10:45 - 12:00: Yoga lab - hands-on exploration of yoga techniques, adjustments, modifications, ethics and teaching methodology
12:00 PM - 13:00 PM: Lunch Break
13:00 PM - 14:30 PM: Lecture or discussion on yoga philosophy, anatomy, or teaching methodologies
14:30 PM - 16:00 PM: Extended afternoon break and self and group study
16:00 PM - 17:00 PM: Practical application of morning session topics, teaching practice, or group projects
17:00 PM - 18:30 PM: Evening yoga practice focusing on relaxation, restoration, or specific themes like meditation pranayama
20:00 PM - 20:30 PM: Lecture on a relevant topic, guided meditation, or group discussion
This schedule allows participants to start their day with a yoga practice session, followed by a short break before engaging in the yoga lab for hands-on learning and exploration.
OUR FOOD
Our kitchen offers a varied menu, local and organic where possible. Southeast Asian inspired dishes, home-made with love. Our menu is Vegan as standard, sometimes with optional, clearly marked vegetarian sides. We source our ingredients locally whenever possible, often from our own garden.We cook with coconut oil only, no MSG added.
